Terms & Conditions

1. Chef & Market Brands, Inc. shall provide the Client with frozen meals and other food items featured in the website of Chef & Market Brands.
 
2. The Client shall make full payment for the price of the frozen meals or food items before the first delivery. Payment can be made through Paynamics which will accept
 
Credit Cards soon or via Bank Transfer, in which a Proof of Payment must be emailed to orders@chefandmarket.ph
 
3. Same day delivery will be accommodated from Monday to Sunday. The cut off time for placing your order and confirmation of your payment is 2:00 pm. For orders beyond the cut off time, we will schedule your orders on the next day delivery or arranged schedule.
 
4. Chef & Market Brands aim to send the ordered products within Metro Manila within 3-4 hours, for same day delivery and upon completion of order forms and confirmed remittance of payment. The company considers the time needs for the preparation, for the Commissary to pack it, for the booking with riders, for the rider to pick up the order, and for the road conditions during delivery. However, deliveries may be extended or even postponed due to extremely adverse weather conditions, force majeure or acts of God.
 
5. We will coordinate with the Reseller / Customer on the delivery arrangement. Standard delivery fees will apply.
 
6. Should the Client did NOT make full payment after the first frozen meals or food products has been delivered, the Client will be informed to transfer payment. Should no payment be received after the 1st day of delivery, her account will be flagged for collection and the Client will be informed.
 
7. Any food preference requested by the Client shall be subject to price change.
 
8. If the Client is unable to receive the food deliveries personally, the Client shall
designate a representative to accept it on his/her behalf and communicate this to Chef & Market Brands.
 
9. Any change in the authorized representative shall be conveyed promptly to the Chef& Market Brands personnel.
 
10. The authorized representative shall acknowledge receipt of the frozen meals or food items on the Delivery Receipt. In case the authorized representative refuses to accept the delivery, Chef & Market Brands delivery personnel shall return the food items to Chef & Market Brands and the Client shall be responsible for picking them up.
 
Exception shall be when the Client gives express instructions to the Chef & Market Brands personnel to leave behind the food without any acknowledgement from the authorized representative.
 
11. Upon receipt of the food, the Client shall immediately consume it or refrigerate it. Chef & Market Brands, shall not be responsible for the spoilage of the food or any other problems that may arise due to the Client’s failure to store the food properly.
 
12. If the Client needs to put on hold his /her meal deliveries, the Client should inform Chef & Market Brands personnel strictly before 12 noon at least three (2) days before the date of the delivery that will be held. The Client shall likewise inform the Chef & Market Brands personnel of his/her desired day of resumption strictly before 12 noon at least three (2) days before the date of resumption.
 
13. In case of cancellation, the Client shall not be entitled to any refund.
 
14. Communication with Chef & Market Brands personnel, instructions, advise, etc., related to all orders, shall be via SMS/Text message to 0906 646 0312 or email to orders@chefandmarket.ph. The Client should make sure that he/she receives an acknowledgement of the receipt of the message by Chef & Market Brands so as to make it an official communication.
