Cooking Instructions

Fry: Heat your oil over medium heat. Once the oil is heated add the Shark’s Fin Dumplingz one at a time and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure the move the Shark’s Fin Dumpling for even cooking.

Steam: Set your steamer to high. Once the water is boiling, steam the Shark’s Fin Dumpling for 12 minutes.

Pan: In a large pan, add water at least half full. Then place a bowl filled with water at the center of the pan. Cover the pan and heat turn the heat on high. While waiting for the water to boil. Arrange the Shark’s Fin Dumpling on a plate. Make sure the plate is smaller than the pan. Once the water boils, remove the cover and place the plate on top of the bowl and return the cover. Cook the Shark’s Fin Dumpling for 12 to 15 minutes.

Microwave: Arrange the Shark’s Fin Dumpling on a deep microwave container. Add water 5 tbsp of water for every 10 pieces of Shark’s Fin Dumpling. Cover the microwave container and heat in medium settings for 8 to 10 minutes.
