Comes with our signature chili oil. Can be cooked by steamed or deep fried. Chef recommended steamed for best quality.

Cooking Instructions

Steam: Set your steamer to high. Once the water is boiling, steam the Pork Siomai for 12 minutes.

Pan: In a large pan, add water at least half full. Then place a bowl filled with water at the center of the pan. Cover the pan and heat turn the heat on high. While waiting for the water to boil. Arrange the Pork Siomai on a plate. Make sure the plate is smaller than the pan. Once the water boils, remove the cover and place the plate on top of the bowl and return the cover. Cook the Pork Siomai for 12 to 15 minutes.

Microwave: Arrange the Pork Siomai on a deep microwave container. Add water 5 tbsp of water for every 10 pieces of Pork Siomai. Cover the microwave container and heat in medium settings for 8 to 10 minutes.

Fry: Heat your oil over medium heat. Once the oil is heated add the Pork Siomai i one at a time and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure to move the Pork Siomai for even cooking.
